NYG&B Society Voted to Disenfranchise |
|
July 19, 2007 Special Meeting at the G&B, members voted to eliminate themselves. The meeting was spirited to say the least. A motion to delay the vote on the bylaws changes was easily defeated due to the fact that the G&B used the proxy votes to control all matters before this meeting.
